Responsibilities:

• Generating ideas for content, including text posts, videos and images for social media
• Promoting products, services and contents over social media maintaining organization’s brand and strategy
• Interacting with potential leads and dealing with their queries
• Developing new social media and search marketing strategies and campaigns
• Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance of social media campaigns
• Manage Google Ad campaigns, Facebook Ad campaigns, Linkedin ad campaigns etc.
• Assist in the management and tracking of keyword bids, expenditure caps and other primary account metrics
• Take ownership of any task/project assigned

Key Requirements:

• Proven work experience as Media Buying Executive, Media Buying Specialist, Media Buying Manager or a related position.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Advance knowledge in Google Ads (PPC, display, responsive, dynamic, video etc), Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.
• Creative planning and executing all the Facebook marketing campaigns by using Facebook Ads manager, including good knowledge of conversion ads, lead ads, and understanding of Facebook pixel for retargeting.
• Proficiency in server-side tracking and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to optimize media buying strategies.
• Basic knowledge in Search Engine Optimization.
• Knowledge of creative content writing and copywriting to provide necessary instruction to our creative content team.
• Ability to work in a team or individual when required.
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communicative capability over English

Employment Status:

• Full-time
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Sunday to Thursday (5 Days)
• Work from office

Educational Requirements:

• Graduated from any reputed university.
• Good command over English is mandatory.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 1+ year job experience in the same industry.

Salary:

• BDT 20K to 30K.
