Key requirements:

• Has in-depth knowledge of design guidelines for various platforms like Android, iOS, Web, etc.
• Has experience in UI design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma and/or Adobe XD.
• Can manage end-to-end UX processes including conceptualization, information architecture design, interaction design, and visual design.
• Has experience in wireframing, paper prototyping, and digital prototyping.
• Has a good understanding of the latest trends in UI/UX design.
• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements.
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems.
• Gather and analyze clients requirements in collaboration with the team.
• Work with the front-end developers, providing all necessary assets, styling concepts and ideas.
• Be ready to self-organize, self-manage, and make your own decisions about what to do in order to deliver the result.
• Able to come up with aesthetic designs by keeping customer appeal in mind.

Employment Status:

• Full-time
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Sunday to Thursday
• Work from Office

Educational Requirements:

• We prefer professionalism over academic degrees.

Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 1-year job experience in UI/UX Design job

Salary:

• BDT 30K to 50K
